Oatmeal Porridge with Lingonberry Jam

What could be better during autumn than this Nordic Oatmeal Porridge topped off with Lingonberry Jam? Nothing, I would say! The sweet lingonberry jam balances the deep and earthy flavor of the oatmeal perfectly!

Try it- you won’t regret it!

Lingonberry Porridge

Yield 2 servings

Ingredients

2 dl quick oats

4 dl oat milk

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp lingonberry jam

1 tbsp lingonberries (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring milk and quick oats to a boil in a saucepan.

2. Stir in honey and let simmer until thickened.

3. Add a good spoonful of lingonberry jam and fresh lingonberries.

4. Serve immediatley.
