During my bachelor degree in nutrition, food and culture I studied abroad in Brisbane, Australia. I learned a lot about nutrition, childhood health, physical activity and wellness coaching. The latter being one of my favorite subjects- where one of the courses consisted of sitting quietly in the classroom observing the sounds around us, trying to block it out- and even accept it. A way to learn how to stay calm during a stressful time- a way of modern meditation.
