Incredible Ginger & Carrot Juice for Easter

January 19, 2020 | BreakfastDrinkRecipe

My relationship towards juice can be seen as a dull love relationship going back and forth of loving and relucting. I’ve always been quite the sceptic when it comes to juice as the nutritionist in me tells me that it’s loaded with fructose and not so much fibre. Making our blood sugar high and low like a rollercoaster. I’ve always been a more smoothie kind of gal, where you get to eat the entire fruit and not just the juice of it. Now a days though, I love it. I love the taste and how it makes me feel- and how it doesn’t make me bloated. Wether or not its placebo, I really don’t care. As long as it does something– and it does. It makes me feel lighter, happier and sattisfied.

As in any kind of food type, whether its savory, sweet or pungant and sour- they all have their known icons and star ingredients. You know, those ingredients who you just know are good together and will make for a killer combo? These ingredients are just that; ginger, carrot and oranges is a killer combo and the whole juice fanatics knows that. If you go to a juice bar this will defiantly be on their menu, perhaps added and tweeked with something else, but it will be there.  The sweetness of the carrots and oranges goes perfectly with the spicy and fierce ginger.

This Incredible Ginger & Carrot juice is perfect for this season- especially here up north where the weather is constantly changing from a warm spring day to a cold winters day. Our bodies simply cannot keep up with it and we tend to catch a cold. This juice will help us fight those nasty germs and boost our immune system.

Check it out- if you don’t have a juicer simply run to your nearest juice bar and ask for a ginger & carrot juice! Your body will thank you for it!
