Carrot & Ginger Juice

Ingredients

1 kg oranges

4 big carrots

1 big chunk of ginger (about two thumb sized)

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin of the oranges and especially the white skin as this is where the bitter taste lies.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a juicer and juice away!
  3. Serve straight away with a couple of ince cubes or leave in the fridge to get cold.
